The Malhotra Block houses the two senior most classes of the school. The building is named after General O.P. Malhotra who had laid the foundation stone in 1979 and also inaugurated the building in 1981. Every student who enters the portals of Army Public School Dhaula Kuan looks forward to walking the corridors of the Malhotra Block some day with great pride. The Malhotra Block has been a witness to thousands of students passing out from school to become defense personnel, engineers, doctors, lawyers, media personalities, national and international players and the like.

The Malhotra Block has 22 class rooms and 3 lecture rooms. It also has separate subject rooms for Science, Computer Science, Commerce and Humanities. These rooms are well equipped with a projector and a screen to facilitate technology-aided learning.
